Cathy is the Broker of Record for Sea Breeze Realty, with two offices located in Surf City and Beach Haven. Cathy has been in the real estate business on Long Beach Island since 1997, providing her with a history of success in securing the homeownership dreams for many families. Not only does Cathy provide experience and quality real estate sales transactions, but also in the field of securing summer rentals for many property owners.

Terry Moeller

Terry and Cathy and worked together at Sea Breeze Realty for over 8 years.  Terry spent all his life living and working on Long Beach Island.  Over the years. He has developed relationships with many business owners and subcontractors that help us to provide quality management and maintenance services that homeowners and investors are challenged by.   Some problems are simple and others require attention in selecting the correct course of action to solve issues that come with owning a second home.
