About Interval Management

Interval Management is owned and operated by Cathy and Terry Moeller, located in Surf City, New Jersey. Cathy and Terry have been providing real estate management services on Long Beach Island for over 25 years. It is their experience and knowledge that owners can depend on. At Interval Management, we assist homeowner associations with the day to day operations of community living. Interval Co-Ownership

Co-Ownership is shared ownership of a vacation home. It is not time sharing. Co-Ownership is a regular deeded and title insured real estate purchase involving several shareholders. Collectively, they own 100% of the property and make the decisions regarding it.

Each owner is entitled to 10 weeks each year. All weeks are regulated on a pre-set schedule that rotates each year between owners. The owners may also rent their time for additional income and may realize some tax advantages. *

Interval Management Corporation maintains the property. Interval was established specifically for the purpose of providing full-time professional property management. Management includes general management, weekly cleaning, routine maintenance and repair collection and disbursement of association funds to pay all property expenses from taxes through utilities.
